Feasibility Study Evaluation Guideline and Assessment Tool for Sustainable Waste Infrastructure Projects

Developed under the Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA), this animated video introduces the Feasibility Study Evaluation Guideline and Assessment Tool designed to strengthen the quality, consistency, and transparency of project evaluations for sustainable waste management infrastructure in Indonesia.

The guideline provides a practical framework for assessing feasibility studies across 11 key evaluation pillars, including project context, regulatory compliance, technical feasibility, market analysis, financial viability, environmental and social considerations, governance, implementation readiness, and risk management. By promoting evidence-based decision-making, this tool supports government institutions, development partners, and project developers in identifying bankable, sustainable, and investment-ready waste management projects that contribute to Indonesia's circular economy and low-carbon development agenda.
