Beyond Paper Feasibility: Understanding the FS Evaluation Guidelines
A sound feasibility study is the foundation of successful infrastructure and waste management investments. This animated video introduces the Guideline for Feasibility Study Evaluation and Feasibility Study Evaluation Tool, developed under the Sustainable Infrastructure Programme in Asia (SIPA) to support more systematic, transparent, and evidence-based project assessments.
The guideline presents an integrated evaluation framework covering 11 key assessment pillars, including project context, regulatory compliance, technology, market, financial viability, governance, environmental aspects, implementation readiness, and risk analysis. By strengthening the quality of feasibility study evaluations, the tool supports better investment decisions and contributes to accelerating sustainable waste management and circular economy initiatives in Indonesia.
